Many low-carbohydrate or "low-carb" diets require that you give up most if not all bread products. Since bread is a staple part of most people's day-to-day food intake and a very popular food, giving it up can be so hard for many low-carb dieters that they ultimately fail in their weight loss attempts. In this article, you will learn how to bake bread that still fits into the low-carb diet restrictions.
Instructions
How to Bake Low-carb Bread
- 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2
Grease the loaf pan by spreading a small amount of butter around the edges and across the bottom to prevent the bread from sticking.
3Combine all of the ingredients except the butter together in a large mixing bowl. The wet and dry ingredients can all be mixed together.
4
Mix the ingredients for two minutes. If you are using an electric mixer, set it on high. If you are using a hand mixer, turn the crank at a steady and high velocity.
5Pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Use the spatula to make sure you get all of the batter into the pan.
6
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. The bread is done when it springs back to the touch.
